Gavin joined Portico GB in 2007 as a site support operative, having started in the windows industry back in 1999, as a fitter’s mate, then as an installer and service engineer. Gavin has worked his way up through the business in operational, commercial and technical roles to now head up the window team.

Ross Payne

commercial manager

Heading up the Commercial team, having previously worked at Portico GB in an estimator role, Ross is responsible for understanding each tender brief, compiling and progressing quotations based on the complexity of the project, customer queries and his team’s workload.

Jason Campbell

product and technical manager

Jason, one of our longest serving staff members, joined us in 1999 as a Trainee Estimator. Jason quickly progressed to a Buyer then Estimating Manager and on to Commercial Manager. Due to Jason’s wealth of experience he was recently offered the role of Product and Technical Manger and is responsible for supporting of clients and estimators through the tender process.

Barry Vincent

Having joined Portico GB in 2002, Barry was promoted to his current role in 2018. He is primarily responsible for the creation of detailed purchase orders, based on architectural drawings, to ensure the orders are raised with the upmost accuracy, to site correct and on time.

Matthew Bergin

Estimator

Matthew joined Portico in 2023 bringing with him a vast wealth of knowledge in the estimating sector. Matthews daily duties include completing tender quotes and providing technical support to our on site team and customers.

Cameron Reid

Apprentice estimator

Cameron recently joined Portico enrolling on to the Business Administration apprenticeship PGB has run for the last 8 years. As well as studying for his NVQ Cameron is working closely with our experienced team to learn all aspects of the department.

Mark Baker

Head of Customer Service and Quality Assurance

Mark joined the Portico GB windows division back in 2009 as a fitter and now heads up the contracts team. With the support of two contracts managers, Mark oversees the daily operation of the window and door installations across the whole of the business with a focus on quality and customer care.

Sue Cox

Sue's primary role is to support the window installation team and customer care department with general administrative duties. She is integral member of the office, providing an important support role, as and when required by the installation team.

Frances Welman

Frances is also enrolled on the Business Administration Apprenticeship as well as supporting and learning the different toles with our installations, parts and customer care departments.

Mark Wickenden

Mark is an integral part of the after sales department, responsible for logging and processing all window related snagging issues in occupied properties, ultimately arranging appointments for the engineer to complete any necessary works required.
