Beaufort Secure Design Ltd. also have long established management systems in place including BS EN ISO 9001:2000 and BS EN ISO 14001:2004.

We work with our clients and their architects and designers to find the best window solutions that comply with CDM and planning regulations, all within budget.

Thermal insulation is extremely important and our cavity closers meet the best thermal levels available. Cavity closers also allow for better control of aperture sizes and speed of build, as windows can be manufactured from drawings, instead of waiting for site surveys to be completed prior to commencing manufacture.

We can produce cavity closers of up to 300mm as standard, with wider cavity closers available as a special order. Our extensive range os standard sized cavity closers is as a direct result of the ever increasing pressure to meet eco standards now effecting all new builds.

Fire resistance is also an ever increasing problem, especially affecting timber frame buildings. We envisage future building regulations to include the need for a fire resistant cavity closer for timber frame buildings. As such, we have developed a compatible bracket, where the simple pinch batten will have to be removed from the build process to facilitate the cavity closer. There is also the option of a 'Fire Sok' which offers a one hour fire protection barrier.

We provide our clients, and their contractors and architects with the assurance that we will always be on hand to offer specification advice, estimating support, contract specific support and supervision, installation methods, and information on sustainability and the environment. 

Portico GB Ltd. provide a full supply and installation service, working with many suppliers, both in the PVCu and Aluminium window sectors. As such, we have no biased opinion of Aluminium over PVCu, and vice versa and on many occasions have suggested alternative solutions, resulting in significant savings.

Portico GB Ltd., in conjunction with Eurocell and Cavalok are always on hand to offer specification and installation advice.
