Portico GB Ltd currently works with over 30 UK house builders, offering a complete package, tailored to each development, with a made to measure service on all our wardrobe ranges.

Feature 1 - Rochester riverside development
Portico GB Ltd has recently been working on the re-development of a site at Rochester Riverside, Kent.
We were appointed to supply and install our Aurora Origin wardrobe system range, with our Axis interior specification, complete with soft closing drawers.
The project included a wardrobe solution to Bedroom 1, fitted as standard, and designed to complement the overall scheme used throughout the property. Cashmere units with full height mirror panels were chosen, along with an Axis interior to maximise the internal storage space, with a mix of full height and half height hanging, blanket shelving and drawers.
Feature 2 - greenwich square development
Having previously supplied wardrobes via a third party, Portico GB Ltd was invited to provide a complete supply and installation package on the last phase at Greenwich Square.
Our ever popular Aurora Origin wardrobe system was chosen for this development, along with an essential interior solution.
The wardrobes were installed to all bedrooms as standard on this site, in a neutral finish, complemented by anodised aluminium framing and mirror panels with white surrounds and matching interiors, to offer a clean, contemporary finish.
Feature 3 - Royal mint gardens development
One of Portico GB Ltd latest developments is the Royal Mint Gardens project, in close proximity to Tower Bridge.
Portico GB Ltd secured this project by offering an alternative solution to the original specification. Our value engineered product encompassed all of the clients’ requirements but with a cost saving that didn’t compromise the quality.
The product supplied was from our Accent wardrobe range in Truffle Avola and White, allowing the purchaser a choice of finish within their apartment. The interiors were bespoke to each wardrobe type, and were value engineered by Portico GB Ltd to give the best use of space and luxury, yet offering cost savings too! The interiors used our Axis range, with various combinations to include full height hanging, half height hanging, shelving towers, drawers and blanket shelving.
Feature 4 - britannia music development
Portico GB Ltd recently completed the Britannia Music development in Ilford with a supply and installation service of our Signature Origin wardrobe range.
This development was supplied with on-trend graphite steel frames, exclusive to Portico GB Ltd’s product range and grey tinted mirror panels. The interior was supplied from our Essential range in white, along with the linings to match the timber work throughout the project.
At 22 storeys high, this development posed some challenges, all of which were overcome by our team thanks to their knowledge, training and the equipment provided to complete the installation.

Feature 1 - McCulloch Homes, sevenoaks
Portico GB Ltd were asked to tender for this exciting development of five bespoke properties by recommendation. We subsequently supplied and installed all windows, bi-fold doors and smart entrance doors and also all cavity closers.
The Aluk 58BW/BD suite was used for all windows and doors, in stunning RAL 7016 dark grey and the Aluk BSF70 bi-fold system was supplied for the inline and corner bi-folds. The front entrance doors were also supplied with Yale Conexis smart locks.
Portico GB Ltd was able to offer the high end, contemporary look that the client desired, meeting with all planning and specification requirements, but also value engineering every aspect of the job to keep within budget.
Feature 2 - Denham film studios, uxbridge
Portico GB Ltd had the pleasure of working with Weston Homes on the grade 2 listed Denham Film Studios refurbishment, transforming the iconic building into luxury apartments, complete with their very own cinema!
The Aluk 58DB/BW ST system was used in striking RAL 7016 dark grey because it offered the required ultra-thin site lines, to give the appearance of a steel window, but with all the superior performance of a modern aluminium frame.
All windows and doors were also fully sealed using ARBO EPDM materials.
Feature 3 - amherst homes, essex
Amherst Homes are a relatively new client for Portico GB Ltd. Based in Essex, we first worked with them on their Corinium development in Colliers End.
The development specified our Golden Oak woodgrain effect UPVC Eurocell casement and vertical sliding windows, along with our Eurocell French doors, requesting that each be fully foiled, both inside and out, for the upmost style and quality.
Portico GB Ltd also supplied and installed the composite front and rear entrance doors, meaning our client received a fully sealed building envelope all from one supplier.
